Sharyn Blake response to my emailed inquiry to payment not only was quick but very professional and through. I was thankful because we were a last minute two who were included nicely.
Although late picked up at our hotel, the day started with lots of smiles and professional attitude from the bus operator and host/mc.
We were met our catermaran boat at Margareitaville in Negril. During our wait time we got photo opportunities and cool drinks.
We met our boat and was off to a beautiful day. The staff on board were friendly. The music was great the entire ride. Our drinks were served to us.
Because I cannot swim, I thought I was not going to leave the boat. This was so not true. The crew lifejacketed me up and I was able to see and experience the caves and the water also. The crew took pics & video of my daughter and I.
Loved this excursion and strongly recommend it to everyone....even if you cannot swim!
The covid19 restrictions and observations were strictly enforced
I am not a ship captain, but felt the skiff back to the catamaran was overloaded.
If you're looking for loud music, lots of drinking, this is the cruise for you. If you want to go snorkeling, I suggest looking elsewhere.
